• How do I get started?

Contact us at 520-207-1388 or email us at info@e-motionsvideo.com to verify date availability.  Your date will be locked upon receipt of your signed agreement and deposit. 

• How long in advance do I need to reserve?

To ensure date availability we recommend that you reserve as soon as possible.  We suggest between 3-6 months in advance.  However we can book your event up to 24 hours based on availability.

• Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to lock your date. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express through Paypal. 

• When would my DVD’s be ready?

Because of the high quality production involved in creating your special memories we estimate that your DVD’s will be ready within 60-90 days from shooting.  Smaller packages will be ready earlier.

• Can I use my own music?

Yes, we can use your own music as long as we don’t incur on any copyright infringements.  Please be advised that most popular music available in CD requires permission and in most cases a payment of a royalty fee to the publisher.  e-Motions video will provide royalty free music from our extensive music library at no additional cost. 

• What is your coverage area?

We cover Tucson and the surrounding areas. For an additional traveling fee, we can cover the Phoenix metro area, Flagstaff, Yuma and Sierra Vista.
